Sliding

Our first fall-like day and we took outdoors. Spent our whole morning out there (or until Flynn's allergies could take no more).
Gabe & I found a bucket & collected acorns.
I watched him take his bucket to the top of the playset.
Then I hear the acorns sliding down....
he was taking 1 acorn at a time & sending it down the slide.
He'd laugh an evil laugh as they sailed off the end & plummeted to the ground.

I laughed along with him. But in the back of my mind, I had a thought that made me shudder.
