Now, what do you think about too much soy? Just curious on your perspective. It's constantly in the back of my mind, but I just don't know what to do with it...
I've read a lot about it. And we had to do a lot of cutting back. She was drinking a carton a day, just about. So we had to put the kabosh on her guzzling down that much. And I think we cut a little here & there on the soy products.
I still think, on the whole, it's tons less harmful than cow's milk. Not just for her. ;)
We tried rice milk & she hated it (any tips there?).
So we'll keep doing what we're doing, keep re-educating, & pray that God's keeps her healthy!
“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”
