After picking up Flynn from preschool, I explained to her & Gabe that we'd be stopping by our polling place on the way home.
"Are we going to play at the school? Are we going to stay there?"
Well, this led into a lengthy explanation about voting, democracy & why we were voting on this particular day.
"We need to vote for a new president, President Bush's turn is almost over."
"What's the prezdent?"
"It's like the boss. The boss of our country. We're voting & making our choice of who we want to be the new boss."
"But Mom, you are the boss."
"What's the prezdent?"
