When they woke at 6:45 & 7 this morning, I greeted them like always, "Good morning Baby" & (again, fifteen minutes later), "Good morning Baby."
But today, for whatever reason (despite the fact that this is probably the 1,500th & 1,200th times they've heard it), they believed me.
That they were indeed, babies.
Could've been my reaction that inspired them to stay 'in character', or the fact that it was early, they were tired, & who doesn't like to be babied when they're half asleep. Either way, it was funny, I laughed, & they appreciate it.
So, this went on for a couple of hours. Complete with actually crawling to the table. Crawling down the hall. Talking baby talk. And letting me rock them (you must think I have nothing to do). Gabe asked me to feed him his banana bread. Flynn had me hold her water bottle like it was a baby bottle.
Can you say Baby Craze around here?!?!

Oh I know the feeling. Wanting another one. The kids want another one. People ask me when I'm having another one. Since surgery took that option away I've gotten pretty blunt with everyone. TMI probably. I just don't want to be sad in explaining anymore.
How cute that your babes want you to have more. They are so sweet. :)
Kayla and Alysa do that. I'll admit though it's gone on so long, it's kind of annoying. I'll try to see the joy in it again, but when I hear, I can't walk up the stairs or clean up b/c we're babies. It's tiring. LOL
Slowly working my way through catching up!
