I was strapping Gabe into his car seat at school. The sun was very obvious in his oh-so-sensitive eyes & he started to whince. I moved to cast a shadow over his face, to make him more comfortable during the duration of our 'strapping in session'.
He was apparently, quite appreciative of me doing so,

PS--Is it sad that now, when I buy clothes for Connor, I think to myself, "Hmmmm...Amy will like this for Gabe."? I bought them a sweet orange striped polo this evening!
You could start wearing hats too...offer shade for them both...
